ABOUT
The AIB Professional Excellence in Building Awards provide the opportunity to showcase and reinforce the role of the building professional in managing the construction process and provides a forum to acknowledge industry leadership and management teams that deliver their projects with the highest levels of expertise.

In past years, award recipients included building and associated professionals who had successfully overcome challenges to ensure the timely completion of projects on budget, introducing practical application of industry influenced research and protecting the integrity of original structures and facades. Building professionals have been rewarded for their work on a number of projects ranging from international sporting arenas to complex residential developments and state of the art medical facilities.

Entrants that receive a State Chapter Professional Excellence Award automatically progress to the National Judging Panel to be assessed for inclusion in the National Professional in Excellence Awards​.
SUBMISSION FEES
AIB Member – $880 (inc. gst)
Each member that submits an entry as a team leader will receive 10% off the ticket price to their local PEA function.
*Valid for 1 ticket only. Ticket must be in the team leader’s name. Not valid for Table of 10 ticket purchases.

Valid for full membership and associate level memberships only.

SUBMISSION ELIGIBILITY
Submissions can only be made for an individual, not a company. The entrant will be identified as the team leader/manager of the project.
To qualify for entry, the nominated project must have reached practical completion between 1 June 2021 and 1 February 2023.
Team leaders are eligible to enter more than one category, as long as the work submitted meets the criteria. Additional payment is required for each submission.
